We are seeking a Full-Time Creative Project Manager to join our team.
This role is responsible for working alongside the creative team and the account manager to drive a project along from concept through delivery. This role includes a focus on budgeting, scheduling, and resource management with the objective to see projects fulfilled to the highest standards while ensuring the profitability of all work. A successful candidate will possess a good understanding of digital disciplines, be confident working in a small agency, and ensure the projects they own run on time and on budget.
Work to be performed in our office during business hours 3 days/week (depending on project schedule) and working from home for the remaining workweek. Salary is based upon the level of experience.

- Manage day to day activities to ensure all projects are delivered on time, accurately and within scope.
- Collaborate with creative team members and production team members to ensure project success.
- Oversee the work process, create project timelines, monitor project lifecycle from start to finish.
- Build and maintain effective, productive working relationships with others.
- Gain and maintain comprehensive knowledge of a Marketing Resource Management system to intake work, assign creative teams, develop timelines, manage workflow, monitor project status, and develop solutions to unexpected issues when they surface.


  • Minimum of three years of previous experience in project management, preferably in a marketing, public relations, or advertising agency setting.

  • BA/BS degree

  • Experience with delivering marketing collateral in digital formats such as email, video, landing pages.

  • Digital project management experience strongly preferred.

  • Experience with budgeting for photo/video shoots preferred.

  • Knowledge of creative development process, writing, design, brand management, etc.

  • Solid work ethic and professionalism in dealing with clients and colleagues.

  • Trustworthiness, professional appearance, and poise when working with clients.

  • Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Exceptionally organized and able to work independently.

We have a significant number of loyal non-pet clients too. The work we create is rather diverse and varied and the clients are overall pretty great!

Our office/studio is located in the Ravenswood / Lincoln Square area in an old brick factory building that has a modern industrial vibe with polished concrete flooring and high ceilings. We maintain a laid-back work environment with a business casual dress code and an office dog. We work really hard to create great work, but do have a sense of humor and laugh daily!
