We are currently hiring for the following positions.
This role is responsible for leading the development, presentation, and creation of marketing campaign concepts, strategies, and assets for various client and internal projects. The CD helps transform concepts into finished creative work and manages others on the creative team, ensuring client objectives are achieved. The successful candidate will possess a sharp creative eye, a strong creative thinker, able to develop creative concepts and strategies that are relevant, innovative, and effective. Ultimately the Creative Director is a leadership powerhouse that is able to motivate and direct others on the team in the design and production of marketing solutions across different platforms.
Minimum of eight years of previous experience in creative direction, art direction, or design, in-house or at an agency.
BA/BS degree, ideally in design, marketing, and/or related field.
Minimum of four years of agency experience at a marketing, PR, or advertising agency.
Experience with creative direction on photo/video shoots preferred.
Fluency across the Adobe Creative Suite.
Solid understanding of the capabilities and limitations of assorted digital channels.
Solid work ethic and professionalism in dealing with clients and colleagues.
Trustworthiness, professional appearance, and poise when working with clients.
Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Exceptionally organized and able to work independently.
Digital Marketing Internship
Assist with a variety of marketing initiatives. Intern receives the full benefit of accessing the entire leadership team for questions, learning opportunities, and hands-on experience. Although this internship focuses mostly on digital marketing, there will be opportunities to participate in photo and video shoots and receive training in sales, styling, casting, script and copywriting, business operations, etc. tailored to the applicant’s individual interests. This is a terrific opportunity to gain real-world experience and learn at an active busy agency.
SCHEDULE: Approximately 15-30 hours/week (Able to accommodate class schedule but hours must be M-Th)
TIME COMMITMENT: 12-16 week commitment, May - August 2023
Working towards a Bachelor’s or other advanced degree, or recent graduate of bachelor’s or master’s program within the past 6 months
Currently enrolled or recently graduated student with completion of three or more years of college coursework (college senior or recent grad)
Degree study with a concentration in Digital Marketing, MBA, Marketing, Digital Media, Data Science, Social Media, Graphic Design, Communications, Advertising, Psychology, Entrepreneurship, Media Studies, Market Research, General Marketing, PR, or other related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to match writing to brand’s tone of voice
Good Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
